Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 night shift employees, ensuring task completion and quality standards
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, including OSHA compliance
- Coordinate inventory management and warehouse operations
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain detailed activity logs
- Train new hires on equipment usage and company procedures
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends/holidays
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Spanish bilingual preferred for El Paso market
- Forklift certification required
