- Safely operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock organization to maintain optimal levels.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, verifying shipments against packing lists.

- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for immediate hire.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety (OSHA compliance).
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
