- Supervise and coordinate night shift warehouse staff (15-20 team members)
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Optimize workflow efficiency and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift performance reviews
- Manage inventory control and documentation accuracy
- Address immediate operational issues during night hours
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 3+ years supervisory experience in logistics/manufacturing
- Proven night shift leadership in high-volume environments
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
