Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server environments and Active Directory
- Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid network solutions
- Manage cybersecurity protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protection
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshoot complex system issues
- Automate workflows using PowerShell and scripting technologies
- Document IT processes and maintain system documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Windows Server administration
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy
- Certification in CompTIA Security+ or Microsoft Azure
- Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware)
