Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS systems
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate service records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of IT support experience or relevant certification (CompTIA A+, Network+)
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and cloud services (Azure/O365)
