Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware/software/network issues
- Deploy and maintain Windows/macOS/Linux systems across 200+ endpoints
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and monitor security infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and upgrades
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles
- Manage vendor relationships for hardware/software procurement
- Lead disaster recovery drills and system optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years in enterprise IT support or similar role
- CompTIA Security+/Network+ certification required
- Expertise in Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud infrastructure
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash)
- Experience with ServiceNow or Jira ticketing systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- CCNA or equivalent networking certification preferred
