Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Software Engineer to drive our technical initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions that power our client's success.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern languages and frameworks.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks within the application.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development (Full Stack or Backend focus).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with database management systems (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
