Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for 500+ employees across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and enterprise cloud infrastructure (O365, AWS)
- Implement and maintain security protocols including endpoint protection and VPN systems
- Deploy and troubleshoot hardware/software including mobile device management solutions
- Document IT processes and create SOPs for knowledge base management
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service level agreements
- Lead incident response during system outages and security events
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Expert-level proficiency in Windows Server administration and Azure AD
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) for automation tasks
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Ability to prioritize tasks in high-pressure situations with tight SLAs
