Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote access
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS systems, network devices, and cloud services
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365 environments
- Document IT procedures and maintain asset management databases
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on vulnerability remediation
- Train end-users on new technologies and security protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience with Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and remote support tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/network issues
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work flexible hours including occasional weekends
