Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for 200+ users including hardware/software troubleshooting
- Deploy and maintain Windows 10/11 workstations, network infrastructure, and cloud services
- Manage Active Directory, group policies, and endpoint security solutions
- Document IT processes and maintain service documentation in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and system upgrades
- Support VoIP systems, video conferencing, and mobile device management
- Respond to critical outages with SLA-driven resolution times
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in Windows environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and endpoint management tools
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, network, and application issues
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure during emergencies
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional on-site visits
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
