Responsibilities
- Oversee daily IT operations including network infrastructure, security protocols, and system maintenance
- Lead a team of 5+ technical professionals through Agile methodologies
- Develop and implement strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, GDPR)
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across departments
- Prepare and manage departmental budget ($2M+)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive IT experience with 3+ years in management
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and cybersecurity frameworks
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional technology projects
- Strong knowledge of ITIL and DevOps practices
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Active CISSP or PMP certification required
