Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical troubleshooting and customer support via phone, chat, and email.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for a diverse client base.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex tickets and ensure SLA compliance.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during high-volume evening hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in technical support or customer service (night shift experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common network protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts.
