Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of microservices architecture using Java/Python
- Optimize system performance for 99.99% uptime and sub-200ms latency
- Mentor 3+ engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Drive CI/CD pipeline improvements using Jenkins and Kubernetes

Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience with 3+ in fintech or SaaS
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/K8s)

- Experience with event-driven architecture and message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
