Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ customer inquiries daily via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical issues and process transactions efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics for resolution time
- Participate in ongoing training sessions for product updates
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong typing speed (40+ WPM)
- Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk/Jira)
- Must pass background check and drug screen immediately
