Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas, shipping lanes, and loading docks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies and report any issues immediately to management.
- Package and label products securely to ensure safe transport to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by counting stock and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Operate scanning equipment and computer systems to update shipment status and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required.
