Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery and forklifts in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load, unload, and transport materials between warehouse and dock areas.
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure product integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to meet safety standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory and measuring tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
