Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift team members, ensuring operational excellence and safety compliance
- Coordinate production workflows, inventory management, and quality control procedures
- Investigate and resolve operational issues with minimal disruption
- Train and mentor staff on equipment operation and company protocols
- Generate daily performance reports and recommend process improvements
- Enforce OSHA standards and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Communicate seamlessly with day-shift managers for seamless transition
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in manufacturing or logistics
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Advanced proficiency in inventory management systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Spanish bilingual preferred
