The Role
As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in our supply chain. We are seeking dedicated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in their work.
Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with 100% accuracy.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Forklift certification (CDL) is a plus but not required for all positions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
