Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and sort merchandise onto pallets or shelves.
- Inventory Management: Verify and count incoming stock, and update inventory records accurately.
- Forklift Operation: Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts) to move materials throughout the facility.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure efficient workflow.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work scheduled shifts consistently.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Work History: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- License: Valid driver's license is preferred but not required for all positions.
