Responsibilities
- Respond to high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our internal CRM systems.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates in the database.
- Collaborate with the logistics and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
