Responsibilities
- Resolve Client Inquiries: Assist customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve technical and account-related issues efficiently.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions.
- Process Applications: Review and process incoming applications and service requests with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to identify trends and improve service protocols.
- Issue Escalation: Identify complex issues and escalate them to senior management or technical teams for resolution.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer service or administrative support is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is highly desirable.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work full-time hours (Monday–Friday).
