Responsibilities
- Perform daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and shipping orders with accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Inspect equipment and work areas to maintain a safe and organized environment.
- Manage inventory levels and stock rotation to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines strictly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
