Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to high-volume customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on weekend support.
- Resolve complex service issues and escalate them appropriately to senior management.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date customer records in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline weekend operations and improve service delivery.

Qualifications
