Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound client communications via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve account inquiries, transaction disputes, and service requests efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining strict compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client issues
- Identify upsell opportunities for relevant financial products
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for call quality and resolution times
- Participate in ongoing training for regulatory updates and product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in financial services
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience highly valued)
