Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move materials.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment to customers.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and performing cycle counts.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods to ensure they meet quality standards and are free of damage.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Load and Unload Trucks: Safely load and unload delivery trucks using proper safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is a plus but not required for qualified applicants.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain high accuracy standards.
