Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 team members during overnight shift operations
- Optimize warehouse efficiency through inventory management and workflow coordination
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety standards across all operations
- Train and mentor new hires on equipment operation and procedures
- Generate daily performance reports and implement process improvements
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless transition
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification required
