Responsibilities
- Perform efficient receiving, unloading, and put-away of incoming inventory.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to protocols.
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accurate labeling and documentation.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory software is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety regulations strictly.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
