Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with 99.9% accuracy.
- Inspect merchandise for damage and ensure proper labeling and packaging.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and shipping goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for the right candidates.
- Ability to stand, lift, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read pick tickets and labels.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and available to work flexible shifts, including overtime.
