Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse facility safely and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery in compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using WMS systems.
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipment to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and hygiene protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse operations and improve workflow.
- Assist in quality control checks to ensure all outgoing products meet company standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one upon hire).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory software is preferred.
