Responsibilities

  • Monitor server performance and resolve alerts during off-hours to ensure 99.9% system uptime.
  • Document all incidents, resolutions, and maintenance activities in the ticketing system (Jira/ServiceNow).
  • Collaborate with the Day Shift team to transfer tickets and ensure seamless continuity of operations.
  • Conduct routine system updates, security patches, and backups during low-traffic periods.
  • Assist in the deployment of new workstations, peripherals, and network configurations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
