- System Maintenance: Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Ticket Management: Log and track all support tickets and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Process Improvement: Identify common issues and suggest improvements to the support workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or IT support is preferred but not required for top candidates.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Soft Skills: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
