Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional tier-one technical support via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for clients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all support tickets in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to document recurring technical issues and propose solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends to provide accurate guidance.
- Ensure strict adherence to company security policies and protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
