As an Immediate Hire Technical Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring rapid resolution to technical inquiries and maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support via phone, chat, and email to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Diagnose complex hardware and software problems and implement effective solutions.
- Document all customer interactions, actions taken, and resolutions in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve critical technical escalations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and troubleshooting procedures.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics regarding response time and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
