Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for internal staff.
- Manage and maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and peripherals.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company IT policies.

Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
