Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement actionable optimization strategies to improve search engine rankings.
- Spearhead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including Python, JavaScript, and Full Stack Developers.
- Analyze web traffic metrics using Google Analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Create compelling job descriptions and marketing materials that attract high-quality technical candidates.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and recruitment technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in SEO, Digital Marketing, or Technical Recruiting.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (or a strong understanding of technical concepts).
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
