- Execute SEO strategies to optimize job listings and company website content for high visibility.
- Conduct market research and proactive candidate sourcing using LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche tech boards.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit and technical skills.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO performance data to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding across all recruitment channels.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity while meeting deadlines.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or web analytics tools is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
