Responsibilities
- Develop & Maintain: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Leadership: Lead code reviews, perform architectural analysis, and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and implement scalable solutions to improve performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and QA teams to define requirements and deliver features on time.
- Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues and provide technical support during critical production deployments.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript; experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
