Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Lead the end-to-end design and development of high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- System Architecture: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and improve scalability and performance.
- Problem Solving: Identify complex technical challenges and implement innovative solutions to optimize system efficiency.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster a culture of learning.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all software products meet security standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and SQL databases.
- Cloud Expertise: Experience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile: Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
