Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions using modern cloud technologies.
- Lead architectural decisions and provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define product requirements.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
- Deep experience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.
