Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL, Redis) and CI/CD pipelines
- Lead migration of legacy systems to cloud-native infrastructure
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical requirements
- Conduct rigorous testing (unit, integration, load) and security audits
- Present technical solutions to C-level stakeholders and clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Spring
- Expertise in AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures
- Proven track record of delivering high-availability systems (99.9%+ uptime)
