Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-quality, scalable software solutions using React and Node.js.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define product requirements and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and code quality.
- Optimize application performance and ensure a seamless user experience across devices.
- Identify technical risks and propose innovative solutions to overcome business challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
