Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT department to escalate complex technical problems and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate guidance.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and best practices in technical support.
- Train new team members on support protocols and company software.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED); Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and networking.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
- Proficiency with CRM software and ticketing systems is a huge plus.
