Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of scalable web applications using modern technologies.
- Develop and maintain high-quality, testable, and performant code.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and product managers to define features.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code for speed and scalability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
