Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify trends and improve product stability.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting response time and quality standards.
- Conduct training sessions for junior staff members and new hires.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
