Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions using Python and cloud technologies.
- Lead architectural design discussions and provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and security to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement robust error handling and logging mechanisms.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for coding standards and documentation.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend or full-stack engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, and experience with modern web frameworks (e.g., Django, Spring, React).
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with database management systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
