- Troubleshoot Systems: Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues for clients remotely and in-person.
- Client Communication: Provide clear, friendly, and professional support via phone, email, and live chat.
- Issue Documentation: Log all technical interactions and resolutions accurately in our ticketing system.
- System Maintenance: Assist in the setup and configuration of new devices and software applications.
- Feedback Loop: Relay common user issues to the development team to help improve product functionality.
- Time Management: Prioritize incoming support tickets to ensure rapid response times during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in technical support or IT help desk roles.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of networking and operating systems.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work a part-time schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
