Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to internal and external clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of company software and applications.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to improve system performance and user experience.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor when dealing with high-pressure situations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of PC hardware, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and software applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) are highly preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace (if working remotely).
