As a key member of our IT department, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting hardware/software issues, maintaining network infrastructure, and ensuring seamless IT operations across multiple locations. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Provide Tier 1/2 user support via ticketing system and remote assistance
- Deploy and configure new workstations and peripheral devices
- Document IT processes and maintain asset management records
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service contracts
- Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud services
- Strong diagnostic skills with hardware and network troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train non-technical users
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
