Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and verify high-volume data entries into our CRM and database systems.
- Conduct routine audits of existing data to identify errors, duplicates, or missing information.
- Generate and format weekly reports on data trends for the management team.
- Collaborate with the engineering and sales teams to understand data requirements and ensure seamless data flow.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client information.
- Utilize Excel and other tools to manipulate data sets for analysis.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Business, IT, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines independently.
