Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
- Resolve technical issues with proprietary CRM software
- Document interactions using Salesforce and internal ticketing systems
- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineers for complex problem escalation
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction metrics
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions on new products
- Support weekend and evening shift coverage (20 hours/week)
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in tech or SaaS
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- High-speed internet and quiet home workspace required
- Available for 4-hour shifts between 8am-10pm MST
- Denver residency preferred for occasional in-person meetups
